Simply do it. Every favourite excuse doesn´t count for cario training. As long as you can move, you´re able to do something. You have no money for a gym? Run outside! You can´t afford running shoes? Run barefoot. It´s the most effective concentration training you´ll ever have. If you´re overweight don´t run, simply walk for 30-60 minutes. You hate running? Cycle, swim or attend an aerobic class. You have no motivation or time at all? Include it into your daily life. Walk instead of taking the bus or car. Ignore the elevator and climb stairs. Walk the dog and try to be faster than he is. Play tag with your kids.
