There are certain principles of acting and thinking you´ll have to understand and to apply to your life every single day until you are where you want to be. Develope a certain state of readiness, where you expect all the positive changes to happen.

Have a realistic, not pessimistic picture of yourself. Know you weaknesses and strengths. It makes it much easier to give life a new direction. Stop excusing for everything you are. You are overweight? That´s great! It happened for some reason and now it´s time to change it. You feel sickly, weak and unmotivated? It´s the perfect point to start working out and begin to live a healthy lifestyle. You even feel unmotivated to do exactly that? Well..., DO IT!
There´s a nice saying, that teaches how to handle the subject of self motivation and realization:
"If you always do what you´ve always done,
you will always get what you always got."
Or in other words: If you want something, take the right steps into this direction, no other. And if whatever you did in your life up until now, created circumstances you dislike, change the things you do and think and the circumstances will change instantly.

Nothing but pressure and time...
The same principle is true for all things you want from your life. Changing shape has to be a slow process, because the human organism has to adapt to the new situation.
It happens quite often that people decide to lose weight or to gain muscles or whatever and enter a gym or start running. But very soon, often after 3-4 weeks of training, they give up and complain that it didnīt work. This is so silly! Of course it works. Where elso do all the fit people come from? Keep the focus! It takes about half a year to have long lasting results. Remember: Pressure and time.
