Lie in supine position, put hands behind head and pull knee of one leg completely towards chest. Place other leg´s heel on ground with knee slightly flexed. Raise hip off floor a little.
execution
Lift hip as high as possible. Slowly return and repeat.
variations / comments
Keep shoulders on floor and head in comfortable position on hands.
Beware of muscle cramps!
