| Lie supine positioned on bench. Reach back, grasp cable rope attachment and hold hands to sides of head. Put heels on bench and keep knees flexed about right-angled. Lift head off bench and slightly flex spine. |
Flex spine and waist to roll as high as possible with elbows travelling towards knees. Slowly return, keep spine slightly flexed, repeat. |
Don´t hyperextend back, keep lumbar spine on bench. |
