Grasp barbell with wide overhand grip. Keep knees slightly flexed. With back and arms straight lean forward until barbell reaches knees. Pull barbell up to waist. Doing this imagine to "shave" your thighs. Contract back and pull bladebones up. Return and repeat. Exercise can also be done with underhand grip.
