Grasp two dumbbells and lie on incline bench, prone positioned. Pull dumbbells up by moving elbows and blade bones up as high as possible. Keep elbows close to torso. Lower arm remains vertical throughout motion. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat. Keep torso on bench pad. Don´t hyperextend back.
