Lie on incline bench in prone position. Bench has to offer free working range beneath pad. Grasp barbell with wide oblique grip. Pull barbell as high as possible by moving elbows and shoulders back while closing bladebones. Return and repeat. Arms only support motion, concentrate on flexing back muscles.
