Grasp two dumbbells and lie on incline bench, prone positioned. Pull dumbbells up by moving elbows and blade bones up as high as possible. Upper arms remain perpendicular to torso while lower arms remain in vertical position throughout motion. Return to starting position, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat. Keep torso on bench pad. Don´t hyperextend back.
