| Place V-bar on pull-up bar, handles hanging to sides. Grasp V-bar handles. |
Pull body up until chin reaches V-bar. Do do that, slightly move body and head to one side to pass pull-up bar. Return and repeat. |
Using the V-bar especially works out the lower parts of the outer back. Exercise can also be done without moving to side. Simply pull body up while leaning slightly back until head reaches pull-up bar. |
