Lie in font of low pulley and grasp cable bar with neutral underhand grip. Stabilize position with feet pressed against beams. Keep legs slightly flexed. Put lumbar spine on floor and slightly raise head. Pull bar towards head until arms are fully flexed. Return, keep elbows slightly flexed and repeat. Always hold your elbows to sides, either put on floor or held a little above.
