Grasp two dumbbells and lie supine on bench. Let arms hang down as low as possible. Palms face to inside. Flex elbows to raise dumbbells while turning forarms outside to have palms facing to shoulders top of motion. Return, keep elbow slightly flexed. Repeat. Place feet on bench to avoid hollow back.
