preparation execution variations / comments
Sit in bench. Place back of upper arms on pad. Adjust seat, that upper arms have maximum pad contact. Grasp cable bar shoulderwide with underhand grip. Raise cable bar until elbows are flexed. Keep upper arms on pad. Release, keep a slight flexion, repeat. Due to the cable force direction, arms can be flexed fully even over vertical position without loosing muscular contraction.
