preparation execution variations / comments
Sit in machine. Place back of upper arms on pad. Seat needs to be adjusted so that upper arms have maximum pad contact. Grasp lever handles with underhand grip. Flex elbows to raise handles. Keep upper arms on pad. Release, keep slight arm flexion, repeat. Due to the machine´s force direction, arms can be flexed fully even behind vertical position without loss of contraction.
