With each hand grasp upper pulley cable stirrup and stand centrical between stacks. Keep elbows at shoulder height and arms slightly flexed. Flex arms by pulling cable attachments towards your head. Return and keep a slight arm flexion. Repeat. Pay attantion to elbows. They may raise up slightly during flexion, but don´t move them forwards to front.
