Kneel before flat bench with dumbbell in one hand. Put both forearms on bench, wrists just behind edge of bench. Palm of working hand faces down. Move dumbbell up towards head by only flexing wrist., keep forearm on bench. Return to starting position and repeat. Exercise can also be done simultaneously with both hand using two dumbbells.
