Grasp barbell with shoulderwide overhand grip and and lie prone on bench. Hold barbell above chest. Keep arms slightly flexed and let elbows point towards knees.
Lower barbell beyond head while flexing elbows until chest is stretched. Return and repeat.
To increase back contact during heavy training lie perpendicular on bench.
