Lie supine on incline bench. Use barbell with wide oblique overhand grip. Position barbell above upper chest.
Lower barbell to mid chest. Press it up, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
To avoid shoulder joint overload stop and return when elbows reach bench height.
