Sit in machine with levers set to angled position. Put hands behind paded lever. If available, use foot lever for an easier start. Keep shoulders, elbows and hand in one line, elbows pointing to behind. Push levers together to front. Don´t let them collide. Return until chest is stretched. Repeat. Lever angle adjustment depends on arm length. Arms should be kept slightly flexed throughout the motion.
