With each hand grasp high pulley cable attachment. Stand centrical between stacks, pulleys to each side. Bend over with straight back, keep legs soft and elbows slightly flexed. Internally rotate shoulders.
Fix elbows and move cable attachments together in a hugging motion in front of your chest. Keep elbows pointing to outside. Return until chest is slightly stretched. Repeat.
Optionally cross hands in front of you increase workload on chest.
