Grasp both upper pulley cable stirrups and stand centrical between stacks. Step one step forward, so that cables can pass behind back. Palms face down. With arms slightly flexed pull cable attachments down behind lower back. Keep elbows pointing back throughout motion. Great exercise for both, back and chest, without involving shoulders.
