Grasp both low pulley cable attachments and lie on decline bench. Hold attachments above chest, arms slightly flexed. Let palms face towards each other by internally rotating your shoulders. With arms flexed lower cable attachments to sides, describing a semicircle, until elbows reach bench height. Return to starting position. Repeat. -
