Grasp both low pulley cable stirrups and lie on incline bench. Hold attachments above chest, arms slightly flexed. Let palms face towards each other by internally rotating shoulders. Keep arms flexed and lower cable attachments to sides, describing a semicircle, until elbows reach bench height. Return to starting position. Repeat. Lift feet or put them on bench to avoid hollow back.
