With each hand grasp high pulley cable stirrup. Stand centrical between stacks. Keep legs soft, hips and elbows slightly bent. Inside rotate shoulder to have palms facing down. Keep elbows fixed and move cable attachments together in a hugging motion. Keep shoulders internally rotated, elbows pointing outside. Return until chest is slightly stretched. Repeat. Optionally cross hands in front of you increase workload on chest.
