Grasp two dumbbells and lie on flat bench. Hold dumbbells above chest with arms slightly flexed. Lower dumbbells by moving down elbows until bench height. Keep lower arms vertical throughout movement. Press dumbbells up, keep arms slighty flexed. Repeat. Lift feet or put them on bench or dumbbell rack to avoid hollow back.
