Grasp two dumbbells and lie on decline bench. Hold dumbbells above chest with arms slightly flexed. Lower dumbbells by moving down elbows until bench height. Keep lower arms vertical throughout movement. Press dumbbells up, arms slighty flexed. Repeat. -
