Stand sidewards to low pulley and attach cable cuff to near ankle. Grasp ballet bar, stand on far foot, so the working leg can cross in front. Abduct hip, slide leg away from stack until it passes supporting leg. Return and repeat. Train opposite side too. Keep supporting leg and torso stable. Don´t swing hips. Stand on medium sized weight plate to increase working range.
