Sit in machine, position lower thighs under the pad. Place toes and balls on platform, heels extending off. Extend heels until support lever can be released. Bend ankles to lower heels until calves are stretched. Return as high possible. Repeat. During exercises with knees about 90& bent, the Gastrocnemius is almost inactive.
