Lie with back on pad, shoulder placed under shoulder pads. Place feet on platform. Extend knees to release clamp levers. Flex hips and knees. Slide down until legs are bent slightly more than 90&. Return, keep knees slighty flexed. Repeat. Heels have to remain on platform. Always keep plevis on pad.
