Stand on machine platform. Adjust platform height, so hips can be bent over. Place inner knees of working leg behind paded lever roll. Push lever back by extending hip as far as possible. Keep knees flexed throughout motion. Return and repeat. Continue with other leg. Imagine to move heel towards ceiling to keep leg flexed.
