Put a barbell on back of shoulders and grasp it with both hands. Get into a step position. Frontal foot placed completely on floor, foot behind heels up. Lunge down. Knee to front has to stay above foot, other knee stops just above floor in vertical position. Return. Keep legs slightly flexed. Continue with opposite side. -
