Stand between bench and lever. Lie prone on bench. Position knees just beyond edge of bench and your lower legs under padded lever. Grasp handles. Flex knees and raise lever up until lower legs are in a vertical position. Return. Keep legs slightly flexed. Repeat. Don´t hyperextend back.
