Grasp upper pulley cable bar with narrow overhand grip. Turn backwards to stack and with arms flexed hold cable attachment above behind head. Lunge forward and bend over, elbows pointing to front. Push cable attachment overhead until arms are stretched. Return and repeat. Maintain a stable position. Don´t swing.
