Grasp upper pulley cable bar with narrow overhand grip. Turn backwards to stack and kneel in front of flat bench. With back straight bend over until upper arm and elbows touch pad of bench. Push cable attachment overhead until arms are stretched. Return and repeat. Maintain a stable position and keep elbows close together throughout motion.
