With one hand grasp low pulley cable stirrup and sit on bench, back facing stack. Hold hand behind neck while keeping upper arm in vertical position. Stretch arm completely by extending elbow. Keep elbow in position. Return and repeat. Continue with opposite side. The use of any back support must not interfere motion.
